Our experience shows that delays in real estate projects may happen for various reasons, therefore the purchase agreement includes a compensation mechanism for the buyers according to the period of the delay and/or the delay in the delivery of the apartment. The compensation mechanism is determined in advance and outlines the conduct of the parties in such a case, and is intended to ensure the completion of the project until the keys are handed over to the buyers . In addition, at the time of the purchase, a notarial power of attorney was signed in favor of the law firm Avraham Lalom & Co. which in certain extreme cases will be able to function as the trustee of the project and will assist in the completion of the project.       

All real estate purchase transactions in the projects marketed by the G-International company are carried out by one law firm - Avraham Lalum & Co. In accordance with Ukrainian law, a warning note will be registered on the buyer's name, thus we promise to prevent conflicting/duplicate transactions.

The law in Ukraine was recently updated and now it allows the registration of owners of rights and assets from the phase of finishing the project skeleton and building the apartment shell. All projects marketed by G-International (hereinafter: "the company") are accompanied by an internationally renowned inspection company to check the correctness of the construction permit, monitor the pace and quality of construction, as well as ensure compliance with planning requirements. The inspection company confirms the completion of the construction phases , and is another factor that confirms the continuation of the transfer of payments only in accordance with the progress of the construction against the original plan. In addition, in addition to regular updates that our company provides on the site, which includes photos and videos about the construction, LIVE cameras will be made available to the public that broadcast directly from the construction sites. This way you will know at any moment and from any place in the world what is the progress status of the project.

The transfer of funds is carried out in a reliable process according to a controlled purchase mechanism. This secure method provides adequate security for the buyers' funds.

When signing the joining form, the buyer is required to pay an advance of only 10% of the total transaction price. After that, the remaining payment for the transaction, about 90% of the total value of the transaction, is paid according to the construction progress rate of the developer and the executing contractor. The final payment balance for the transaction is transferred close to the time of handing over the keys to a furnished and equipped apartment. Payments are made by a company coversy (covercy), which is one of the most prominent and reliable money transfer companies in the field.

Fund transfers within the projects are carried out through an escrow account and/or by recognized money transfer companies (for example, Coversi), after the approval of the supervising company and an internal audit on behalf of the developer. Also, in some projects, additional approval is carried out by an external accounting firm (for example, BDO ).
